And she's back! I'm thinking I might name this girl Alicia or Alli for short.

What Alli should have said in this comic is: "Oh Brother! I'm a Buzz Boy!" to quote Daffy Duck from "Duck Amuck!" who had no better luck with his plane as I recall!

Alli's plane is pretty much modeled after the Spitfire XVI. A plane I built as a model when I was a kid. I also built the P51 Mustang and the F4U Corsair.

Of course, the Fokker Dr. I Dreidecker (triplane) was of a different era, and while I didn't build that plane, it is no less memorable!

Oh! You know. In the previous comic she was in jail at the end. I thought I would draw the lines parallel on this page so that they look a bit like a crib.

If I wanted to emphasize the jail I would have chosen a more isomorphic view looking down into a cell.

So yeah you're right!
