Ok, here's a pic I did for the Drunk Duck Secret Santa Project. I usually don't participate because I'm afraid of being a dead beat! But I had lots of time so I went for it. Then I got sick! Lame lame lame!
But instead of procrastinating I just worked on it little by little until I got something that looked passable. Now I might go and fix up the shadows a bit or something but I think this will do for now.
The request from Dangerfunk was: "I would like a pic of a sexy Mrs. Claus on top of a green baby grand piano" Hey I like sexy! So here it is. With a piano and everything!
O.O OOOpps. I just noticed he wanted a "green" baby grand! That'll take awhile to fix. So I'll submit this for now.

of her and the piano maybe the tree...
but it look amazing to me
I use a big blurry brush to color. It hides the fact I have such shaky hands!
Also, I've been trying to increase the contrast in my color.
When I can color like "Artgerm" I'll be happy! ^_^
what I do for shadow is a very neat trick
I use a vector to make a circle...
that is in photoshop ...
then, I ctrlT it and make it oval...
then I go to edit-tranform-skew and make it "lie down"
and then, since a vector is a different layer, I just go on the layer mode anad put the opacity lower, as I like it, depending on what I am doing and voila!
